Canberra Festival of Languages

We are delighted to invite you to the Canberra Festival of Languagesfeaturing language 'taster’ sessions, panel discussions led by ANU lecturers and calligraphy demonstrations, among others. There will be an opportunity to chat with experts and others interested/involved in language policy development, translating and interpreting, language education and raising children bilingually.

The event will also feature the Georgian Alphabet exhibition launched by H.E. Beka Dvali, Ambassador of Georgia.

The Canberra Festival of Languages is organized by the ACT Bilingual Education Alliance with support from the ANU Centre of European Studies (ANUCES); ANU Centre for Arab and Islamic Studies; ANU School of Literature, Languages and Linguistics; ANU School of Culture, History and Language; Canberra Multicultural Community Forum and the ACT Government Participation (Multicultural) Grant.

It is part of the ANUCES Jean Monnet project Culture in International Relations, delivered with the support of the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union.
