A new Jean Monnet Paper in the ANU Centre for European Studies Policy Notes Series:

'Intellectual Property and Trade Treaties' by A/Professor Hazel V J Moir

This Policy Note provides a brief overview of IP regulations in international trade negotiations and draws out some issues relevant to IP in the current trade negotiations between Australia and the European Union (EU). It forms part of the Third Country Engagement with EU Trade Policy project supported by the Jean Monnet Erasmus+ Programme.
