Newly released publication The European Union: New Leadership and New Agendas is essential reading for anyone interested in international relations, Europe, and contemporary issues. 

The book includes a key chapter about ‘The Changing Face of European Security’ by Dr Rita Parker, Jean Monnet Research Fellow and Project Leader-Liberal Democracy in Action Project (LiDiA) at ANU Centre for European Studies.
