Dr Ivana Damjanovic's book "The European Union and International Investment Law Reform: Between Aspirations and Reality" launched in Brussels

Dr Ivana Damjanovic's book The European Union and International Investment Law Reform: Between Aspirations and Reality by Cambridge University Press was launched in Brussels on 22 June 2023.

At a seminar in the Fondation Universitaire de Belgique on 22 June, the book and the ongoing reform process were discussed by a panel of distinguished speakers: Professor Hélène Ruiz Fabri (Director, Max Planck Institute for Procedural Law), Professor Yannick Radi (UCLouvain), Dr Andrej Matić (European External Action Service) and Professor Nicolas Angelet (Université Libre de Bruxelles and Brussels Bar), and moderated by Dr Maria Garcia (University of Bath).
