Exhibition: The Life and Works of William Butler Yeats

The ANUCES is hosting an exhibition in partnership with the Embassy of Ireland celebrating the life and works of William Butler Yeats. The exhibition opens on Friday 17th June and runs till 30th June 2011, 10am to 4pm weekdays.

The exhibition is based on the National Library of Ireland’s exhibition on the poet. The National Library of Ireland has the largest collection of Yeats manuscripts in the world and, in addition, holds other fascinating Yeats material generously donated by Mrs George Yeats, wife of the poet, and Michael Yeats, the poet's son, over several years. This travelling exhibition consists of information panels and a DVD presentation based on the Library’s collection.

The exhibition is open to the public. School and other group visits very welcome. Please contact ANUCES ahead of time to book.
